Don't know how rare this is but it came with the 327 I just purchased. Factory gm dual quad intake ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1428937847.289204.jpg Oh, it's for sale if anybody is interested.

  2. Neat pic Larry T. There are real talented people out there.

The length of the runners on mine is pretty darn long, as long as the runners and webers alone seen in the racer...really reaching for the cooler air away from the hot engine...

As I thought, Trish couldn't help and noted Smokey sold a lot of stuff over a long period of time...

Someone somewhere will no doubt know more about it...

Although not in concrete, my plans were to have it professionally polished, build it up and use it in a build, but to my tastes, only an old 30's Hot Rod would have enough bonnet clearance to run such a whacky manifold...

OEM 6x2 Edelbrock and X1 cross ram (Not repop). 6X2......jpg 6x2 with stack.jpg
A friend had this SBC 671 blower manifold and couldn't work out who made it, nothing like my old Edelbrock as popoff valves are at each end and nothing like Weiand.

  9. With regards to the unique IR manifold I have, the ex Smokey Yunicks garage one previously posted, the runners have a 60mm ID and 120mm centres for each pair....Question, what carbs/injection would have been run in the day?
    With thanks

That is a Weiand. Only seen two others and one was an NOS one I sold a while back, really wish I hadn't now. Think it had CV 671 cast on top.

    I'm running a Mac farland on my 350 LT-1

  19. Sometimes they just work and sometimes they don't. That one seems appropriate for sure. ;)

With the Holleys you are probably going to notice distributer clearance problems.

Me too, on my alum 427 small block. How has your intake worked out?
    A real deal LT-1, GEN. 1 style?
    Great motor if it's a 69-70.
Curious because my 96 Impala SS has a LT-1, adequate, but if I could talk my wife into it I'd drop an early motor into that big tank.

Hi, I think it will be OK. I had 150 miles on a new rebuild and the Comp cam wore down 3 lobes so I pulled it out and had to go through the motor again. Then cold weather set in and so did I, but spring is coming
