One of the best of the breed. The Buzz Pitzen/John Rasmussen Model A. Not really HAMB friendly, 6" headlights, chopped deuce shell, cycle fenders and worst of all, it had 4.44's in the back... The horror....the horror...

But you can't drive a car on the street with that stiff of rear gear, everyone knows that.....

No, of course not. I mean really, who in their right mind would use a vehicle with a mid four series gear as a driver??!! Why, that's IMPOSSIBLE! Besides, it will give your crybaby doll whiplash...

I had a set on the Pulp Friction Model "A".... I built both from new single axle trailer fenders. The rear I cut off the inside edge and screwed them up in place and on the front I cut the trailer fender in half both on the radius and down the middle. I cut what I needed for width out of the middle and welded them back together. One trailer fender made both the front fenders and they matched the rears to a "T"....

It is good thing I had them on there too....I nearly got my tires wet. - 2014 NSRA Springfield, MO...

Yes. "rolling bones front end" my rosy red....;)

Circa 1954, right after Buzz Pitzen originally built the car.
