    Studebaker made a wagon like this too, trying to save costs the rear doors would interchange side to side with the front doors.

    Found the pic I had. Raymond Lowery was out and Brooks Stevens was in as the designer. Prototype wagon was built by Italian coachbuilder Sibona-Bassano for 16.5K! Maybe they built the sedan too, I don't know.

    Studebaker had assembly plants in several places throughout the world. The first picture here shows a special build convertible used by the President of Israel as a parade vehicle.     been in asia for a week talking to auto people, you know they have some fantastic idears coming,they are having amazing things on there new cars ,like tyres with a white wall,a steering column that swings away and a seat that turns as the door opens,we know they have just started to use this fantastic stuff called chrome,stand by what next
