    Wow, just wow.
When I looked at the first few pics, I initially thought - lookout, here we go...... street rod! But the quality of the work is just so exceptional and instructional I just want to look at more pics.
    ................ please!?!?!?!

Progress on the 3" exhaust. Finished the mockup on the passenger side. I'm planning the crossover tube next. Stay tuned. ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1438868062.720924.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1438868075.313490.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1438868089.533691.jpg

Those forged look brackets and mounts are INCREDIBLE. I want a set for my Ionia chassis where the boxing plates are inset and dimpled. We need to figure out what info you need and such so I can run my Y-block on mounts you create.

Started welding the pipes up. I'm not too worried about how the welds look, they will be ground smooth. ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1438906293.296508.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1438906310.604138.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1438906324.410644.jpg

Can you give us the reason for the large diameter exhaust. Don't get me wrong love your work just wondering why the move to 3".

On 427" and above motors, I use 3". On smaller motors I use 2.5".

This motor is a 468" BBC

Both headers, all four front pipes, and the cross over tube are finished. Hangers and tail pipes are next. ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1439668279.638052.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1439668294.928762.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1439668310.320341.jpg

Very nice, with the exception of the threaded rod exhaust hangers!

I can see when you build a lot of chassis where tools like that really pay off!

It seam like every new chassis gets more new tools made for it.
