Anyone know who owned the New Breed Drag Team or who drove the car?

    Morning,

Awhile back I posted [#43825] a couple of photos from the old Arlington WA. drag strip loaned to me by a gentleman who is now 80 years young. Recently I was able to spend a some time with him and he was able to shed a little light on one of the cars. He recalled this car as a 39 LaSalle with a four carb Olds and some type of Mercedes transaxle. Built by a gentleman name Trevor Harris. He remembers Mr. Harris as one of the "smartest guys around" who worked on Nissan off road racing vehicles. Googled Mr. Harris, he has a long and storied career in several types of racing, no doubt a pretty sharp guy. The article I found on Mr. Harris mentions a 37 Zephyr as the first car that he had built, same car?? Maybe?? The beltline/cowl are about the only identifiable features on the car. Asked my new friend to keep an eye out for anymore old hot rod photos he may have. He was a bit surprised and excited that anyone would have interest in this "old stuff".
