Does this seem to be the correct angle for these shocks...??? It has been suggested that this angle is too steep and they should be "stood up" a little straighter... FYI...The car does seem to have a little too much body roll in corners... BTW...I realize that it doesn't look straight and even but it is sitting on an uneven surface...
You probably need a rear anti roll bar. The body is resting on the upper mounts and they are usually fairly close together like yours. Mine are the same. I put on a bar and it handles and feels much better.
To my liking, yes. The more angle the less the spring rate. I like them pretty straight. That looks like it would cut the rate close to 50%
On my chassis I run them a little straighter than some, allows you to run a little lighter spring rate than one laid over.
Standing them straighter up decreases their ability to control body roll. Leave them where they are, and run a higher rate coil, a rear anti-sway bar, or both.

Chassis building guidelines say maximum 30# angle on shocks. The closer to verticle the lower the spring rate needed but less control of sway.
I just went out to the garage and measured the angle on the TCI chassis I have under my Deuce roadster. The angle is about 60 degrees but both the top and bottom of the coil overs are placed further out closer to the tire. If you look at your picture you show triangle shapes welded to your rear, thats where the bottom of my coil overs are mounted. I agree that a sway bar can't hurt.
Get a spanner ( if you run coil overs you should have one anyway) and tighten them up. The angle is probably good, I couldn't get an accurate measurement from the pic but my eye says yes. Like the Gimp says the straighter they are the less roll control. They say 30 degrees max to zero for setup on coil overs.
I laid a protractor over your image, the angle is real close to 30°. As others have said, keeping that angle but moving them farther apart would help the roll control, but that is likely more of an undertaking than adding a sway bar.
From what I've read over the years the more verticle the harsher the ride. the more laid over the more comfortable the ride. How about modifying its mounts so you have mulitble mounting locations and maybe you could dial it in better. Also I wouldnt be too concerned about body roll the question is does it haul ass in a straight line.lol.yruhot

I've built 100's of coil over chassis and never had a customer complain about excess body sway with the angle I'm using. About 27 degrees.
I've decided to install a sway bar...It needs one...then I'll go from there... I'll let ya'll know how it is going... Thanx!
