Cool but it needs some wheels and maybe even tires, Those just dont do justice to "that car"
Maybe some cool 5 spokes or some deeper dish 15 inch chrome wire spokes for a more 70s show car vibe.
....if its a famous car thats historicly correct you obviously wouldnt want to change it but I still think it would look better with shiney wheels

  8. More pics please. I love this car:)

  9. Well fish scales, random tape striping. fades and flames I am sure I must have missed something. there is one helluva lot going on with paint alone on that old thunder hawk. ;)

Perhaps a little busy for me but I do like looking at it.

Some high quality work, but i'm just not a fan of the headlights, wheel choice or tailpipes. But that's why there are many flavors to choose from.-rick

Lotsa detail there...Paint is a day's work. (at least!):p Can't stand the 'kickstands', (pipes)

Where was that posed? Looks like it was stolen, then stashed behind some condemned buildings.
    Robocop'll find it...

Ditto on wire wheels for this one...Chrome '62 K-H TBird wires, and narrower whites than it has.

  18. I'd be talking to the exhaust guy, Bellflower tips are supposed to tuck right up against the body. Pretty wild looking car though, and nice camera work.

Wow, that's a lot of paint work. Square-birds do the custom thing well. A set of Supremes would kick it up a notch IMO. Very nice job, well done.

I love the workmanship on this car and I really love the interior ! Some form of sixties or early seventies chrome wheels would brighten it up. I have been doing custom paint since the early 70s . The exacution of the art work is top notch. I hate sounding like I am bad mouthing it because I am not , I would have used a little more restraint in the amount of art work [a little busy] and I think the color choices are going to be a love/ hate sort of thing [ a little to bold in contrast with each other] But it will grab people attention for sure and that is what custom paint has always been meant to do! So with that in mind well done!!! The other remarks are only meant to represent personel taste and not a slam. Larry

  23. Ok.....pretty dramatic color choice....it's a love it or hate it deal....since its on here...those rims and tires are not cutting it on the car...they seem like an after thought....like the wad was blown on paint and then...oh shit we need some rims and tires....grab the stickers, paint me black, order some spiders, and some tires....maybe some chrome reverse wheels with bigger whites would set it off

But hey opinions are like a$$e$....everyone has one

Chrome rims would be fine but he wanted to go with the 60's Cali style wheels for this....

This is the exact opposite of the look I'm going for with mine. Not judging, just opposite on the spectrum.
