Yeah well it could have been worse I feel fortunate that a set of pistons rings and gaskets will get it back in shape everything else is in good shape

Check out DragRacingOnline....I dropped Agent 1320 a note about the Meltdowns. I think you'll recognize the cars he chose for the article. That mention exposed thousands to the MD. Just spreading the gospel of the MDA. Look under Agent 1320 Notes for June 18, 2015.

As long as all my parts show up I am golden.....Im just racing the clock to get a few items here and assembled/installed on time.
I'm really panicking at this point, cause I still need to have my bottom end stuff balanced.

I feel like I'm gonna throw up as I Type this.

    Baaahahaaaa!!!

I know I can get it together if I have all the parts, there are just a few parts that are gonna be cutting it pretty close ie: getting the pushrods measured and built, and getting the balancing done.

Had a great Fathers Day, Anthony and I made it to the track for a few hours today and shook the Falcon down before the Meltdowns and it went good. Some small details to take care of and we are set.

Speedwise, are you still working on getting together an altered wheelbase group? Either way, we'll be at the Meltdown again.

Thought I was going to have to pull the plug on taking the Charger but my buddies bucked up and ordered new tires for it. Now I guess they get to play rock paper scissors to see who is going to drive it.

So we thrashed on the car for 5 or 6 hrs last night, got the mockup block and Nash Trans in it,got a transmission mount and crossmember fabbed up (Note:A Doug Nash is about 99% bigger than a stock Toploader, and longer as well,so if you're dumping one in,and counting on it being a bolt-in deal, you're umm....wrong.)
Also got the 5-point harness mounting points welded in,and we're ready to start ripping into the wiring.
I'm really starting to sweat here.
Probably going with a Plan B for my valve train stuff.
