Hot Rods Help me identify this gauge cluster please

My son got a wall light made from vintage car parts and it is pretty cool.
I am trying to help him determine what car this cluster is off of.
As you can see, it is mounted on a fly wheel of some sort (I'm guessing) and at the six o'clock position it has a "Edison light" instead of a gauge.
Any ideas what this is off of?

That is neat! Every kid needs junk car parts hanging on the walls.

 

There are some cool looking dash clusters there. I really like the look of the '31 Cadillac. How was that done? Are the lines just painted, or was it milled?
