Thanks for the compliment. Unfortunately I do not own it anymore. I sold it about a year ago. Had too many cars.

  9. Those make good hippy houses/campers.

I got a '62 Ton C-10 hat was originally a camper truck. I have been trying to decide what to do with it for years. I can still get what's left of the original camper and I am thinking maybe putting it back together for retirement cruising.

never the less that truck there would make an excellent camper and with a trailer it would be the toy hauler of the century.

Ive found a '58, or '59 ford like this, being used as a fence post. Ive been trying to purchase it, but no luck so far. It would be perfect for hauling the bicycles I restore. And there just plain cool! ;)

  11. The used to be a first gen F-100 milk truck on an old dairy farm that we passed all the time. I was going to get it for the missus and I to build a camper, it was already insulated to the max so it should have been easy to heat and cool. One day I had about a grand burning a hole in my pocket and headed out that way and the place had been dozed.

I have seen C-10 milk trucks not very often, and if I could find one I would build it in a "Heart Beat" with camping in mind.

  19. I should go pull my ton truck out of the weeds, I got a brand new set of rockers just waiting for my next c-10. There is one thing that has been a constant in my life I will always own another C-10.

    Just some Monday morning fun.
    Long term Carryall project.
Louver guy said that's the biggest hood he has ever done.
Punched in mid 90's, first time I ever saw a laser used to align louvers.
He had to build a cradle and get an extra guy to help.
    He said that's as big as a frigg'n house. Suburban 007.jpg Louvers.jpg

I already have a '64 SWB, (since 1989) and just picked up this '65 for $2100. Runs and drives, as long as you keep it under 45 MPH.. I just got my 6 lug disk brake setup in the mail today from Classic Parts.. New front disks, tie rod end parts, and 2" drop spindles. I have 5 lug disks on my '64, but went with 6 lug disks on the '65, so that I don't have to swap out the rear axles to match, since I will be selling the '65 in the future.
