    I know Von's and Save Mart carry them. I'm sure Wal Mart has them too.

    The heads are getting freshened up with 2.02 1.60 valves by the Mcmaster of engine builders :D heads.jpg

    Man the colors really popped with just one coat of clear........some color sanding and striping before it gets the final coat! coat of clear.jpg

    With the first of May "barreling" down on me we've made some progress. The Frame is Powder coated, the engine parts are machined, heads assembled, and spindle trailing arms have been corrected. The Twin will finally have matching heads, 461 castings with 2.02/1.60 valves, engines have been upgraded to flat top pistons and intake manifolds will be modified to hold water. Handling was ill at times, I knew I made a mistake with the trailing arms so I made the changes I felt necessary to improve the Akerman.......time will tell! headsc.jpg headsd.jpg headse.jpg headsg.jpg frame pc.jpg spindles orig.jpg spindles new.jpg spindles newc.jpg

    Naa, the cams are 450 lift hydraulics (reground stock cores from Clay Smith), if I ever do any cam changes I'll address them.
