  1. I heard they went out of business but where still taking money for order such as frames.

  4. They are NOT taking money for any parts. They are closed up shop.
     

  5. They might not still be doing it but before they closed shop they were taking people's money with no intention of the supplying the parts.
    Complete chassis.

    I was having a chassis built by them. I heard a rumor about financial trouble so my neighbour hooked up his trailer and we hauled ass to pull the partially built chassis out of there. The work completed was well done. I ended up having to buy an IFS from a different vendor. All is good now. It's getting finished in my garage.
