Just a note for those looking for a new one; Speedway only has the 13" and smaller ones left. Mooneyes still has 15" jobs in all colors and sizes. I'm picking up a gold 15" one just in case these have run their course as new wheels.

  3. Hey slammed,
wondered if you have ever tried to clean or buff a white rimmed steering wheel. Looking for some tips before I try myself. It's turned or stained a brown color. I have a CRAGAR white wheel and an old GRANT white wheel that need to be done.

That limey/gold wheel is unique color. So is the green-green one. Want to put a deep gloss on them?

  8. Flat top - your green 4 hole wheel is a twin to one I picked up at the Showdown yesterday. Hope Slammed will share the shine trick with us.

  19. II Funny - That's one unique spoke design. I'd have jumped on that one, too.

It's a Grant, should also have finger grip bumps on the backside. Easily worth at least $150 in that condition. Those are much harder to find than the run of the mill Superior 500's.

Yeah, it's almost spotless...around the bolt holes ate the only scratches. It came with the box and the grant adapter that's complete, all for $80

Looking to get this one identified, my guess is it's a Grant.. Never seen a five hole flake wheel with fingergrips..

Maybe I'd have better luck if I started a new thread?

  25. Punk - If it's any help, one of my wheels is a ''PIP'' brand. 4 holes, but unmarked like yours. The only reason I'm sure is it's in the original box.

Never heard of PIP. I'll look into that, thanks.

  27. Only took 7 months but I literally could not remember where I put the box with this wheel. I tried spray bleach, didn't seem to do anything. here's pic's CRAGAR Slot and Dot White #1.jpg
Looks OK until you turn it a little...
