    I happened across this picture on the internet and the story attached to the car has no information on these headlight trim rings. I assume they're aftermarket but I haven't found them anywhere.

    Hi. Not sure if this is the exact same thing but try Big Jims at http://bigjims.net/accessdir.htm
    click on headlight accessories. He makes lots of fender skirts & stuff like this.

  5. Yes, aftermarket for whatever you wanted to put them on. In the 60's one of my brothers referred to them as " Tennessee go fasters"????

    They are called "Jeffrey Allens" lots of venders sell them. I got mine at national chevy about $25.00. I have them on my 54 chevy.

    There's a Stude ring much like that ... '53-'54 I believe.

    I've got some sitting in my garage. They were sold as generic aftermarket parts, and in this part of the world (NZ) they usually found a home on VW beetles.

    55 stude has a ring like that. I put a set on a 50 chevy looked great then i sold truck and realized i didn't get my rings off it. when i started building my 55 champion bad mistake, hard to find, took a year to find a good set!
