    Lots of Potential!
Search the Internet, there are Hot Rod 28 Dodge Sedans.
    ALL MOPAR!
    Gotta have a slant chop.
Seen them look good with and without fenders.
    Steelies with Wide Whites.
    Lots of Possibilities

Whatever happened with this car? Did you buy it?

I hope to extract a '31 Chrysler moor door from a barn next weekend. Thats why I found this.

to me four doors in thatbody style do not need a chop. also the nice thing about the more doors.. you get lots of room.. for us tall types.

the black rod is perfect example of what to do to a moredoor.. id probably get rid of the red for zombie puke green.. but hey i like zombies.

There's another way. Close-couple the body but keep the cowl in the stock position. Run a large separate trunk between the rear fenders. I think a mild chop would probably help the proportions.

I think the fact you don't have a vision for it or bought it straight away should be enough to say its not for you. Folks have given you alot of ideas and it's still not doing it for you. I was in a similar position last week when i was offered a car cheap. Nice car etc but i couldn't get excited about it so i passed. Shame about the Dodge though as it looks a very complete and solid car and some of the ideas here are really good. If i had it i'd sell off all the bits i didn't need and keep the body. Build up a nice frame, channel the stock body a little keeping the fenders etc and go for a nice rubber rake.

Good luck whatever you choose to do.

Just pulled this out of a barn yesterday. I'm having the same dilemma. I've wanted one for years, but have evolved out of the ratrod phase and am having troubles seeing this as a hotrod. The only solid plan that i can think of is '30s gangster theme. Full bodied, mild chop, gloss black on some WWWs. You know, Al Capone type shit

[[IMG]QUOTE][/QUOTE]Finally worked out how to do it.
As I said , fully fendered and stock bodiedCan't get the pictures to go where I want them.
This keeps the cars " identity " intact . Engine is a 251ci Mopar , 3 speed with o/drive and 9" diff. '34 Dodge wires......
