I'm not sure how the rest of Canada is, but here in Alberta, and even Saskatchewan, there's still a few places left with some good tin. They're still out there, but somewhat hidden!

^^^^Thanks for sharing the pictures and taking the time to find the forlorn treasures.

  12. And all you need is a winning 649 ticket to scoop them all up and save them!

  13. Yup up here in northern alberta there is still lots hiding, make friends with farmers you never know what's stashed away.

  14. Actually if your patient lots of this stuff is free or close to it. If you can get a reputation for being a good person it's amazing the deals that are around.

Ahhhh...makes me kinda sad...all these old cars rustin' into the ground!....I remember when old-timers would pay ya' a few $$ to haul the old cars out of their yards and neighboring fields...and a some would 'drive out' if ya' put a battery in it, even though hadn't been started in years.....hindsight is a real bummer sometimes!!!:(

That '56 Nomad doesn't look bad at all! And I really like the '58 Bonneville too. Clean looking ones like those are hard to find around here.

No, I don't know where it's at. Stolen from elsewhere.

That hood ornament on the '55 is pretty hard to find!

  26. This one is sitting on my property, someone was cleaning their lot & dropped it off at the local dump, I happened to be there the same day it was dropped off, made a quick call to a neighbor with a tractor & saved it from being crushed - now it sits under a row of maple trees, looks to be a 1920's Chevy... frame, engine, transmission, front suspension, cowl & fenders - hopefully it will help someone with completing a project someday.

  29. That poor '39 in the middle looks like it hit something and made a sudden stop, still some good parts on it. The '20s Haybaler and the '55 Ford look buildable.
