THAT is the style of car I love.
I would so love to own one just like it.
It's just spot on to me.

Thanks. I'm not sure what the backspacing on my wheels is, they are 15x4 and I was fortunate enough to find them on eBay for a 'Buy It Now' of $200. I couldn't believe how lucky I was to find them in the Ford pattern (that kind of stuff never happens to me).

  9. Both Torque Thrusts and Cragar SS wheels will make a hot rod out of anything!

Always wondered about those super-duper deep dish Cragars on the early 70's ear show cars, like Turnpike hauler for example:
They surely weren't standard catalogue items? Did guys like Dan woods order Cragar centres and mount them in their own rim outers with extreme offset maybe?
Other examples that spring to mind include Milk Truck and Stage Fright stagecoach.

Thanks Kan Kustom. The car was originally modified in the early 70's. I tried to restored it back to its former glory from then.

  23. Posted a pic of this one before but this pic was taken around 1969.The Cragars were on the front only because the rears had cheater slicks mounted on them so Jerry used Buick Riviera wheels as a substitute. 57Safariin69 2.jpg 57Safariin69 3.jpg
