Before: After: Owned for 20 years before build started. Actual build took about 3 years on and off. Build thread: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/my-survivor-30-ford-tudor.371150/
Before: After: Bought the car from a fellow HAMBer and then made some fixes, upgrades and changes in the sake of drivability and aesthetics to make it my own. Been driving the wheels off of it for 4 years now and more changes/upgrades are on the way. Threads: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/distraction-i-needed-some-topless-fun.456708/ and Titus' http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/workin-out-the-bugs-bulls-30-roadster.469452/
Before: After: Current: Bought the car in 2006 as a "done" car. Made a few changes, but basically just drove it until June 2008 when I was hit head on in the car. The resurrection has been a slow process due to having Titus build the blue Tudor for me and buying the roadster in the meantime. I hope to have this car back on the road way better than before by spring 2016. Wreck and rebuild thread: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/hamber-down-but-not-out.275101/
I absolutely love this lawn mower,,that probably is one of the most bazaar statements I have ever posted...but damn that is a thing of beauty! HRP
In the door/ out the door. 1 car garage, no lift, lots of verbal abuse- 8 months ( NOT 8 hr. days!) I also had to include everyone's favorite picture from last year, "Blue Monday" ( Love the Lawnmower.)
I had my eye on this car for 17 years, it was oxy acct hammer welded by the fellow who owned it and he never finished it due to health problems, three weeks before he passed away he sold it to me.[ oops, I inserted this olds pic and don't know how to get rid of it]
