    This an interesting photo of the Estes car. It looks like Don Freeland sitting in the pickup talking to Jud Phillips standing alongside. And A.J. Watson is working on something in the cockpit. Also, notice that the left rear wheel is mounted "backwards" as you can see all of the wheel weight mounting stud bolts sticking out. Generally, the wheel would have been mounted the other way around but Halibrand made the wheels so that they could be mounted in either direction to alter the offset and change the corner weight. The later wheels with the cast in place pressure plates could only go on one way.
