I have assembled the rearend, the centersection feels much lighter with the aluminium paint.
Have also mounted the parking brake cables.

This week I have made the fuel and brake lines for my Willys.
The fuel lines will be finished when I put the body on to the chassis.

I don't think that this is the same car, I believe that this one was in Rafaela Santa Fe. There have been a few for sale down there. On page 1 he mentions that it had orange paint underneath like one that is shown in a post by 3 day.

The body is mounted on the chassis, maybe forever? Have also finished the fuel pressure and return line.

Did you mount the body solid or with rubber spacers?

I made rubber bisquits 2" diameter and 6mm thick to use between the chassis and body. And I like the Henry J,s

Most of the parts are now primered, doors, hood and fenders, its bondotime.

So you are one of the guys that likes to put bondo over primer and not bare metal?

The last weeks I have been applying filler and sanding, Its still boring even on a Willys. A while ago i modified the instrument cluster . I removed the original gauges and replaced them with more modern. Three VDO gauges, one Autometer and a SAAB speedometer.

We have had some snow the last week , and combined with an injured shoulder I have not done much on my Willys.

I have not been satisfied with the wheel openings on the rear fenders on my Willys. the left one was longer and more forward than the right one, therefore I made new ones just like ME.GASSER did on his Beside the barn find Willys.
I made a wood buck and hammered the patch panels. Thanks for showing how its done.

Long weeks of sanding and applying filler on my Willys but now the body is primered and the paint shop has painted the dash and firewall. Now I will continue with the insulation of the body, do the wiring and installing everything under the dash.
