Loudpedal's coupe is my favorite car of all time. Period. Kris Elmer for prez! Seriously: fuel racing, that coupe, the roadster after that, the articles on casting... How could you not admire that dude?

How about somebody posting a picture or two of the Hells' Messenger coupe while still under construction --- like with the drivetrain in it but no body mounted yet. I think that I read somewhere that there is a Lincoln Zepher overdrive transmission behind the flathead. If that s true, it would be interesting to see how the engine, transmission and rear end were put together in the chassis.

The shirts of the "Hells Messenger" turned out great, and there are some for sale on our website, www.elmerequipped.com. I'll have an ad on the HAMB-O-DEX soon!

The amount of criticism for a car this cool confuses me. Regardless of what you think of the style appreciate the work and soul that went into the build. Anything short of that puts you in the exact same category as the fools who buy a new corvette and take it to car shows then stand around and look pompous and confused.

Hats off to a job well done!

No offense, but someone could not like the style of a car or certain things done to a car and still appreciate the quality of the build and the work that went into it. These two things are not mutually exclusive...

But rudeness because you don't like the style is inappropriate in any case.

Hi, Ryan - just wanted add my voice to what you've said, but also to thank you, very sincerely, for considering Bloody Mary as a "shoulda, woulda, coulda" been cover car...wouldn't that have pissed off the wannabes, hmmm?
    my best regards, Barrie Neff
