Friend of mine got a plate from the SOS that read " DVL-666 " And no, not a vanity plate. In fact, they probably would deny issueing such a plate nowadays.
no photo, but dmv issued me 222-tgo, (six to go), but they took it back at renewal time because of the impending arab threat.
Found MY-57 plate listed on Ebay. I was high bidder and did not meet reserve. The seller did not relist because he had second thoughts about selling it. I sent a message and we worked out a deal. Turns out he was not far from me. Drove 13 miles from my job and meet him to buy. I have had offers from people who want it, could easily double (or more) my money, but it is a keeper. There are some fake plates floating around but I have the real deal. No plans on restoring it...
Here on the west coast of Australia our state gov has increased all #plate misdoings. Modifying a plate has gone from $50 to a $1000 fine no shite. Apparently its for road safety.... pigs rs.
MY-57 plate was listed on Ebay. I was high bidder but it did not meet reserve. The seller did not relist it because he had second thoughts on selling. I messaged him and we worked out a deal. I only had to drive 13 from my job to meet him and buy it. Needless to say I have a small list of people who want it if I decide to sell. There are some fake NC plates that are the same, but are the aluminum repops. No plans to restore it, it would ruin the original patina...
1925, and the first series of Kiwi number plates. These were made by American inmates, before being issued in New Zealand.
Wish I could post photos on here but just can't seem to get the job done. My plate on my deuce sedan is a Nebraska 1932 plate & the numbers are 1-932
When you post, there's a button next to "post reply" that's "upload a file". Hit that, choose a pic from your files, and then hit "post reply". Should be good to go.
my fury had graphite black paint, which made the limo tint seem all that much darker, black interior, awesome stance- plate read THUG, cuz it looked like it would take your lunch money at every stoplight. Problem is Kansas changed law so that the same plate can't be used in different counties- and someone in another county 400 miles away had THUG before me so they revoked mine after having it for 5 years.
