I just saw this all Henry steel channeled '32 roadster this past weekend and I really like it. Sorry for the HDR but I only had my cell phone and didn't realize it was set to HDR on. The old guy owner never heard of the HAMB but is an old hot rodder who's been tearing up his region of New Jersey and across the river in PA since the late '40's.

Still need to get wood and such in the roof and the upholstered seat back in, but you get the idea.

  21. I chopped and channelled and shortened this 34 Ford when I was 17, in 1960. It is a long time ago, but I believe it was chopped 4 inches and channelled 6.

  24. This one is about perfect for a sedan. Same basic channel as we are doing on my A. Sometimes the sedans get channeled way too deep, we call it the full diaper around here. Take a look at one from behind to get that one. LOL

Ha Ha you gave it a wedgie. :D

    (always liked that car BTW)

Thanks beaner, but she already had the "wedgie" and the 10% engine setback when I got her back in '72.

  27. Reversed rear wheels get the job done real nice. Channeled cars were mostly a "Back East" thing, not exclusively but most often, We So Cal kids couldn't figure it out drop it down in the snow?

  28. One of my all time favorite cars, your car is. get the upholstery rolled over the top of the body and you'll be there! Great tribute car!
