It is very sad. Since all the vandalism, the current owner is very reluctant to let anyone on the property, and I feel very lucky to be one of the few he sold a few cars to. They are pretty much the same now as they have been for many years, as if time stood still. The yard closed in the early 70's.The son of the original owner is the current caretaker, and he's inching close to 70 years old. None of his kids want anything to do with the cars neither. Sad.

 

What are people thinking when they let a vehicle sink into the Earth like that?

Running barn finds are fun from the standpoint that you're keeping it in a controlled state of decay!

That's powered by a "Big Block" of wood!
