We went to the LA Roadster Show and swap meet this year for the first time, is the GNRS a totally different deal? Can you compair the two or are they totally different, local show vs Pebble Beach type deal? Thanks. Bob
They are two completely different type of shows. The LARS is for driving your cars and having some fun with lots of roadsters to look at. The swap meet is the best on the West Coast. The GNRS is for show cars competing for trophies and prizes. Both are great shows and have lots of vendors. All buildings are utilized for the show cars plus a drive-in feature is available on Saturday and Sunday for those of us who want to drive our cars to a great car show. They feature a Suede Palace for the Retro Cars which is always neat to see. Come on out and enjoy the show.
