Larry's set the bar real high for Deuce 3 window hiboys. Heavy chop fits this style perfect in my mind.

I watched this being built. Larry has had some of the best Deuce 3 windows that I like.

  10. Damn, why do I want to hug you ? They are both beautiful !

Some of the things that lie just out of grasp here .... common knowledge to some ... but unknown to others. Phenomenal.

You have fantastic tastes. The black one, by far is my favorite. I never knew. Thank you for the pics' Pew. Larry......wow man. You rock !

I see the "NEVER FOR SALE" statement a lot on the HAMB, then less than a year later it's in the classifieds. Funny how that happens. We've all got life to live.

Really wish I didn't have to sell this one, I know I'm going to regret it. Lost my job so I was forced to make a decision, drop out of school or keep the car. I'm a 32 enthusiast to the core and I am confident that I will get another one in the future. ...That is unless somebody wants to loan me next semesters tuition fees.

School is more important, there will be another 32.

  20. Now that sucks for sure as it will be a long road and many $$$ to find another one as good as this one. But that is part of life. Good luck

Do what ya gotta do to keep the car.......get another job - rob a bank - whatever - what would you have done if you didn't get a smokin deal on it and own it in the first place........you still would have lost your job and not be able to afford school.......I know the cash is tempting, but deuces like this dont fall out of trees.

Boy, do I agree with "Ididn'tdoit!". When I look back on what I let go over the years and what happened after, I can tell you that you had a once in a life opportunity that will never present itself again. Sounds like your dad is a car guy as well; talk to him and maybe you can work something out. Hell, talk to gramma, cousin Fred, and anyone else you can think of!

I'd never say keep the car instead of school. Your education is paramount.
Keep the car AND school and get another job-ANY job.

Or; Get a student loan to pay for school-think of the eventual payments as payments on the 32 (the $$$ you spent to buy the car is going to support you while you study). Once out of school and gainfully employed, you'll make loan payments "on the 32".

Get a loan with the 32 as collateral. Essentially a long term pawn. There's a car guy somewhere that will hold the car while he makes good interest on your loan. If you default, the car is his.

Yes, once you have your education and a good job another 32 will come along, but it'll be tough to find one such as this whatwith all the heritage.

    It'd be a win/win/win.
1)You stay in school, get educated.
    2) You keep the 32.
    3) Don't have to find work-at least not right away. Less stress/more time to study.

The car is going to Minnesota. After talking to the new owner the car is definitely going to get built right by a hamber. A few days after I sold this car I got sellers remorse in a bad way. When I say in a bad way I mean the pain was gut wrenching. Luckily, while looking for another car to keep my mind off of it I got a line on another 32. This story is to be continued...

I hope the new owner starts a build thread. I'd enjoy seeing details on the car as it sat all those years. As well as seeing what will happen to it now.
