    Man you got real lucky in your choice of bodyshop. Painting it earlier than promised is like the golden fleece everybody looks for it but nobody ever finds it. ;)

    I think the saying is good, fast or cheap, pick two. You definitely got all three on that paint job.
     
  5. Wow.....and now the fun begins. Wetsand and buff. My favorite part. I love the picture you posted of the blue white walled Willys......but of course I also like the Willys baby poo green they had too......

  7. Los Angeles....prep, paint and finish cut/buff for the amount you paid....is frekn' phenomenal then. Good for you.

    Congratulations man. I still can't believe you did it.

    Still my favorite part after paint.....a month or two of garage cure......to pay homage to 3M sandpapers/paint/polish liquids... and ice cold beer. The next time in the sun....is always an eye tearing experience. For me, and my new paint....depending on my volume of work or volumes of beer.

    Man. That thing is gorgeous. I showed my wife pics of when you first got it vs now and she was amazed that it was the same car. Lol.
