Benn working under the dash for a while, I have made brackets for fuse box, air conditioning and relays.
Have also made tabs for tying electric wiring.
Its really tight fit to mount an aircondition evaporator behind a Willys dash:cool:.

Have made glove boxes combined with defroster vents for my Willys, the driver side will hold the AC control panel and radio-USB player.

There is so much things behind the dash of my Willys I discovered there no room for the vent handle.
But I wanted to keep the vent therefore I have mounted an electric motor to drive the vent.
The motor is from a a AC vent door that recykles the air from a 90,s SAAB 9000.

My Willys project is steering back to safer highway with the help of a 70,s Chevy van steering column.
The chinese junk will soon be run over by a fork lift or similar vehicle.
Thanks Weasel and all others for your concern.:)

Rolled out my Willys to take some pics, I have sanded the whole body and bought tires 255/70 15 and 165/80 15.
And mounted them on my American rebel wheels.
I am pretty satisfied with the door gaps and how the fenders, hood and trunk fit.

I have not been satisfied with the shape of the lower rear part of the left front fender so I made a new piece.
I have also put the Willys wheels on my Ford just to see how it looks, the rear wheels are a little to small for a fenderless 32 I think.

I wanted to chime in here and let you know I think this build is turning out very cool. It's refreshing to see a willys built this style. I have a 41 truck that will follow this same style wheels and stance.

    Keep up the great work
    Jason

I have made an extension to the dash where the airconditioning vents will be installed.
It will also make the evaporator less visible.
