After years on the back shelf and half a dozen paint spray outs of different colors I decided on 1937 Indian motorcycle Navajo Blue. Now if I can Just get the painter to get the rest of the parts done. DSC02779.JPG DSC02781.JPG DSC02784.JPG

Yes motoandy thursday we had 4 inches of snow its gone now. For gods sake its still summer. well joker some of the parts are at the painters and some are in the shop waiting. I had a date with the interior trim guy but the painter isnt going to have color on it plus assembly, wiring, glass, sound deadner.

Looks very nice. The snow tease is foreboding what's to come. Hopefully you can get the rest of it painted in a timely manner before the snow blocks you in or hampers things a bit, to get it assembled for next season.

Well a few more parts are back but not enough to make me happy, just enough to make things drag on. Ive got the top insert DSC02811.JPG DSC02813.JPG DSC02818.JPG spar varnished and screwed in so the body could go to the painter anytime now.

  15. That is a grate color for a 32. Sorry to hear your in Paint Shop Hell as I am. I've now had a 3rd year anniversary with my painter. About the time I've had enough he calms me down with a couple parts and another promise of next week. Hope you have better luck.

I forgot to mention that the rearend, front backing plates and a few of the other small chassis parts are powder coated. When I picked the color I found out it is a r.a.l. color(universal color code) so I was able to match powder to the paint code. I like the fact that I can place a jack under the rear end and not have to worry to much about scratching it like a painted rear end.

That's kind of neat, the color matching paint and powder coat idea I mean.
Would you care to share the paint type and color code with me as well as the powder coat matching information ?
You could send me a message if you don't want to post the info.
    Larry.

Still waiting for paint on the body but this morning I rolled the chassis out and shot a few pictures. years ago I found an old heater so i did a bit of work to it to hide my heat,a./c. and gauges in.
