    Where did you come across the Ray Rixman Ad ?
    I sure love to see anything from Baden. But my Grandfather ( Whom had a BIG influence on me ), was a parts Man @ Rixman for years. I thank you for posting this. And all the great stuff from Missouri , among all the rest.

    I believe it was common practice to use junk cars to try and prevent erosion of the river bank.

    I grew up a mile or so away from Gregories Garage/Gas Station and saw this cars (RATTRAP) a ton as a kid

    Can you imagine what a nightmare this rig would have been?
    It's probably got 1200cc's of thumping fury that could rev to a staggering 4000rpm, swing-arm rear suspension and towing a mid-rear engine car with the weight hanging behind the trailer axle. What would it have been like in any kind of a side-wind?
    Talk about a handful. Yowser!
