I'll be there Friday morning. Gonna do another super fast run down the drag strip. Probably lose to Denise AGAIN. I may need to borrow money to pay for the ice cream. This gambling on races is getting expensive.

I'm hoping Russco is bringing the '40. I think I asked, but can't remember the answer.

I'll be cruising over, with Quentin Brown riding shotgun. Hope to make it by Ryno's, Saturday morning, and then out to watch Dick Craig buy another ice cream for Denise! Dick, I am willing to contribute to the ice cream fund!

 

Cleaning my pos right no. swap meet in the morning host hotel tomorrow night drag races Saturday sounds like a good weekend !

I'll be there, and bringing 3 fellows from Minnesota that have never been to the HAMB Drags. I've been hounding them for years, finally happening. They're in Cameron, MO right now, having a beer or two and spending the night there. We'll head out as soon as they get to KC in the morning. They're driving a yellow 50 Chevy fastback with a 302 GMC buzzin' half dozen under the hood. If you see them at the hotel tell them it's about damn time they came to the drags.

Should be a good weekend. There is a slight chance of rain on Fri night and on Saturday, but
hopefully it won't do much or anything at all. Look forward to seeing this year's cars at the
Holiday Inn parking lot. Going to the Springfield swap Fri morning.

 

I am bringing my '40 coupe, it wont be as fast as my truck and I have to be a little careful not to break anything. I still have to make it 400 miles back home too.

 

Can somebody PM me Ryno's address I cant remember where it was exactly.

 

Getting a late start tomorrow and I have to leave Saturday night, but I'll be there. Haven't missed one yet.

Thanks for the help with the ice cream guys. Maybe this year the starter won't have to tap on the hood of my car to tell me the light is green and that I can leave now. My car is slow but I'm slower.
