Hot Rods 37 ford truck

I have never really been into trucks , always cars.
So when a friend of mine offered me a 37 ford truck , minus engine and trans and completely disassembled for $1000 I wasn't sure what to say.
I mean it has to be worth it right?

 

Well worth it if it's all there except engine and trans.

 

well you are the one paying for it i cant imagine it not being worth that.

 

I figured everything Ford In the thirtys is worth something, I just never followed the trucks.
I will go take a better look at it tomorrow and probably buy it.
It can set in a corner while I decide if it's my next project.

 

The grill is probably worth a couple hundred on its own.
