Digging your choice of parts, specially the X member and drums/wheels combo. But all of it is spot-on. Chassis looks incredible.

Like the wide 5 wheels and the column shift idea is a cool one. Keep the pics flowing!

Forgot to mention '37 Ford steering box tipped on it's side to create push pull steering. Trying to recycle as many gennie early ford parts as possible into this build. . 111.JPG DSCF4962.JPG

Is that a Stylerod floppy body which you're using? And are they Lockheed lever action shocks?
    It's all coming together nicely.

  17. Very cool! Please keep the updates coming...

Why did you change your mind on the 6x2? And what's the make on the 3x2 you're running now?

Swifty, not sure on the make of the body it come cheap so I got it .Was hoping to have found an affordable steel body by now, LOL. The shocks don't have a brand name on them, but they came of a 50's Morris J van worked out well.
Martin-F I still haven't decided on what intake I will be using, I have a few options. The 3 two's is an Edelbrock.
Whodaky, Thanks for the kind words & the kool B&W shots.
Happy New year Everybody. Cheers Charlie.

  20. Shocks look like the Armstrong's I've always found on Morris' cars.
Great lookin project! Great choice in Traditional parts

A little update on my '34, steel floor & firewall being installed by Terry at " 10347621_908948819137401_7029023938556327342_n.jpg 11058414_881962328493086_6586101447439559197_n.jpg Camden County Customs". I decided to farm this work out to Terry for obvious reasons, moving along beautifully.

Looking good Charlie. More progress than we are making. I am hoping to get down to Rita and Tony's in the next month or so.

Thanks Geoff, getting there. I'm happy with the progress so far but we always want it done yesterday so we can move onto the next project. Cheers Charlie.

Tony and I are off to New Zealand, the middle of next week; for a week. When we come back I will be taking Tony home to Port Fairy. I will be staying with Rita and Tony for a week. At last we will get back to doing something on our 3W.
