Projects any interest in a open wheel truck build ?

  1. would anyone be intersted in a open wheel 36 ford truck build im doing , or would it be a waste of time ?

    Personally I find I can learn from any well done car, no matter what the style. Not sure how
    traditional an open wheel mid 30's truck is, but late 20's and early 30's were so why not.

    I like it so far, it looks like its not going to have the too long front end that many do. BTW there were some around.

  6. There have been some pretty nice one built here on the hamb,,there has also been some train wrecks,so it's up to you to make believers out of some of us. HRP

    I understand why you are leery of posting one on here, so many have been disliked by some members, but personally I like em. I like the look of yours already. As I have said before, if every hot rod was a black 32 Ford with a flathead this would be a very boring hobby.

  14. ok .. so first off this is a dad son project , we are having Rjay's in Adrian Missouri do a majority of the work , we will be doing finish work and paint , we are at a roller stage as of now , the top will be choped 3 1/2 in. , it is on "A" frame rails , 36 ford cab , bed will most likely be a chevy bed with a custom made tailgate , crate 350 motor 350t trans , ford 7.5 rear 4 in. drop axle front , 4 link rear mono spring , 32 ford grill , guide lights . thats the just of it... pics will chatch you up to date...
