Found this in a box of old parts. Its some sort of doohickey, near as i can tell. If i put the single tube in my mouth and blow, it come out of one the 2 tubes that are next to each other. If i move the lever with ball on it, it comes out of the other tube. it also has a lever that pushes on some sort of plunger. ???
Go through that box again...Columbia controls (there are several widgets, different for different ages too) are surprisingly valuable. Post anything really weird you find in there...
Sorry, I lied. That stuff is common, useless, and unwanted. I'd pay postage because my grandkid can use it in a science project...
Has any body seen one of these ,,?? .. wouldn't they work good on gas mileage ,,??.. I seem to remember some type of a 2 speed rear end from old timey station wagons ....any thing like that still around ??? ..
Idaho/Dave, Thanks for your input. I am 67 years old and still learning. I have been aware of the Columbia Rear Ends for years but never hands on experience. I guess this was or could be called, "The Ford Flux Capacitor" of the Day. Getting more Speed and Cruise-ability was pretty hot set up "Back Then"..................Jeff
