Event Coverage Who's Attending the Jalopy Showdown this Weekend in York Springs, PA?

When you get there, remember Pat Maphis, my good friend of 25 years. There will be a memorial banner and the staff will be wearing shirts in his memory. One of the finest people I've ever known.

 

Thanks Don, everything is good- I'm just knee deep in renovations on my house so putting my time and money towards that is a priority at the moment.

I won't be there this year. Only the second one that I missed. I was one of the seven cars there at the first one in the rain.(with pictures to prove it) I missed one year when my truck was delivered from California. I survived so I guess I'll make it through this year too. Take plenty of pictures!

 

The blue coupe and I will be there, hoping not to get my white walls muddy

Well I feel like a smuck for starting this thread and now bailing. I had my right eyeball lens replaced on Saturday and thought for sure since I'm a tough hot rod gal that I'd be all good to go by tomorrow but I'm not 100%. It pains my heart not to see all you guys this weekend. I so miss my east coast pals. You boys have a dirty good time.

Unfortunately my HAMB friendly cruiser isn't ready to go but I'll be there in my slightly OT Impala Wagon... A little disappointed but this is still my favorite show of the year! Can't wait to head out first thing in the morning

 

Denise must have had a"Cadillac" removed. Good thing, she's an oldsmobile kinda girl anyway.

Thinking of driving up there early tomorrow (Saturday) morning.

Can anyone already there confirm the state of the place, rain-wise? Trying to decide whether to trailer my A up there or just drive my truck.
