McKee Overhead Conversion

Clark posted this find earlier in the fall and has been looking for more information. Essentially, it’s an overhead conversion for a Banger made by R.K. McKee out of Ohio. Based solely off the images, it appears to be a really nice kit – maybe nice enough to date it?
