The Raybestos Roadster Pick Up – 10 Years later

Remember the Raybestos ’32 Roadster Pick up that was built by Troy Ladd of Hollywood Hot Rods? It was commissioned by dynamic88 at Raybestos as a promotional prize and featured a few times on the HAMB, most notably here and here. Today I found a series of six short videos created during the construction at HHR in Burbank that was originally posted on a Raybestos Garage website, and figured I would share. Upon digging up info about the contest, I learned that the winner, Vin Paladini of Great Falls, Va. was announced at SEMA in November 2010, from more that 45,000 entires! The truck was then toured around until May of 2011 when the keys were handed over to Vin at Gasoline Alley during the Indy 500. Wonder if he’s still got it 10 years later?
