Go Green!

It’s Saint Patrick’s day… and I’m neither Irish or Catholic, but I’ve been known to party with a green beer on occasion. And this got me thinking – what’s the best green hot rod ever built?

My first thought goes towards a ’27 RPU built by one of my favorite people in hot rodding history – Andy Southard Jr. Ironically, finding a full image of Andy’s roadster after it was painted green is fairly difficult.  I’ve found a few before paint and some partial portraits after, but no real full-on beauty shots that Andy is famous for.

Andy was just too damn busy capturing other people’s cars.

I any case, that’s my submission. What’s yours?
