At around 2am the temperature dropped to 7-degrees. Thermostats from here to Fredericksburg kicked in overdrive, overloaded our power infrastructure, and well… shit has gone sideways from there. We did get power back about 30-minutes ago, but our houses weren’t built to sustain negative temps for such a long duration and a circus of broken warm climate materials has begun to surface. Everything is frozen stiff.
This is miserable.
