The Moon Argument

So I got in an argument with a buddy yesterday… We were talking about hip hop music and other American art forms when he brought up Moon discs seemingly out of the blue.

“I think Moon discs are the ugliest wheel coverings in the history of wheel coverings,” he randomly blurted out.

I disagreed vehemently and here’s why: Moon discs are EASY. So easy, that many folks that are inclined to take the easy way out use them on their cars. As such, they end up on a lot of cars that lack a cohesive and thoughtful design. However, when Moon discs are used with purpose and part of an overall design package they are actually quite beautiful in their simplicity.
