The Real Von Dutch

With the name as infamous and famous as ‘Von Dutch’ (aka Kenny Howard), it’s easy to forget that he really was just a crazy yet talented fabricator and pin striper living in Los Angeles 60 plus years ago. Long before bad reality TV shows, trucker hats, or the eponymous fashion brand, Dutch was simply a young artist with a great hand doing some very bold things with a striping brush, and quite frankly a bit ahead of his time. For right now, lets forget all that other silliness and just appreciate the skill Von Dutch the artist possessed, and the influence he passed onto countless traditional stripers to this very day.
