Mama Mia thatsa long nose! It really needs a the exhaust headers coming out of the sides of the hood (like a Mercedes SSK) in order to break up the expanse.
This project reminded me of one of my favorite Stroker McGurk cartoons - the "Quality Meat" '37 Chevy sedan delivery with Allison in the back. The carton must have been circa 1957 as a friend and I thought about trying to build it! We actually found that Dowell had a number of the engines, for well "facking", which has now become common, but 50+ years ago, it was radical (like Stroker's truck).
Talk about "NO FEAR", holy von smolly this will be a mega-monster. Some very nice enginerring work here. I want to see this baby run! Thanx for sharing this one of a kind. ~sololobo~
With a 22 Galon gas tank he will be lucky to make it around the block. Lol Loved to hear these engines fire up in the old unlimited hydroplane racers.
