Winter 2014 Conroe Texas Swapmeet

Who is going? February 14,15,16th 2014....I'm in my usual spaces

 

Never been to that one ,is it worth the drive from Ft Worth?

 

We will be there.

The weather is looking good.....low 60's sunshine for the swapmeet

 

In my opinion its not worth the drive. If your looking for 1920-1940 Ford stuff there are only a handful of vendors selling that kind of stuff.

 

Will be there Saturday. Not really looking for anything but always find something I have to buy.

We are bringing the retired couple. Should be a fun weekend.

I will be there Saturday, found a lot of good speed parts for my 8BA flathead at the fall meet.

Thanks ,I think i will pass,, Decatur is next weekend and been setting up at that one for 30 yrs.

 

The swap turned out really good....More venders than in the past.....almost full...I found several parts needed

Lots of 30 40's parts. I found several needed pieces. Wino , thanks to you,your dad, and Red for the hospitality. I thought it was one of the better swapmeets.

 

A good swap meet. Lots of early stuff, first time to see 3 Hemi engines on one sellers trailer. Didn't have a lot of money to spend as I had spent it in the last couple of weeks on the Chevy. Did get the R4 to Sanden conversion kit I needed and it was $40 cheaper then buying it online.

It was a real good swap meet. I found alot of peices that i needed for my 25 dodge build. Did anyone catch who the seller was of the early 30s chevy looking frame that was on a trailer with some model a? bodies out back by the 2 27 ford pickups and model t coupe? I wanted to ask about the frame but somehow forgot about it till after i left.
