One of the underlining and often discussed "rules" of Hot Rodding was..... take a big ass engine and drop in the smallest thing you could find. Many tried. Few actually pulled it off. Again.... roots.

I like drag racing and no doubt they're overpowered, but nothing nothing compares to openwheel dirt.

1200 pound cars, 600 horsepower,going wheel to wheel with the guy next to you full throttle with 20 to 25 cars sliding sideways kicking up dust and dirt, bouncing over ruts, never lifting- that's racing.
