Vintage shots from days gone by!

It's by a guy named Anders Malmberg. I think he works in HO scale and his work is fantastic.

 

I thought the end wrenches looked a little beefy. Great piece of work!

I recently got a booklet from 1943 depicting life at Hobbs Army Air Field in eastern New Mexico; been scanning it for an aviation forum. It also had this neat vintage Chevy bus:

Can anyone ID the coachbuilder?

 

The photo you posted with this statement is NOT Blackie.

 

Dude; The post I quoted - there's like a dozen photos in it. Just hit the "Click to expand..." of the quoted reply to see ALL the photos. Or, just hit the little red "up arrow" to see the actual original post - THEN you'd have no doubt who "BLACKIE" is.

And regardless, Blackie has a bitchin' ride!

Blackie is Blackie Gejeian. He just passed away last Fri at 90. Search the forum. He was a true legend. And yes, very bitchin ride.
