  3. Bob Bernardon and his beautiful '39 Chevy gasser, Jolly Dolly, from Maryland. Sadly, Bob is no longer with us, but the Jolly Dolly is still alive and well.

    Linda Dugeau was a pioneering motorcyclist who founded the Motor Maids, the oldest motorcycling organization for women in North America, in 1940 - with 51 charter members. She worked as a motorcycle courier and had a reputation as one of the best female off-road riders in 1950s.

  14. Absolutely! I'm not from the USA but it looks way better then my country did back in the days. Every decade of the USA is so interesting and great to see.

    White River in January, was 45 below 0 . Stopped for gas and gas line antifreeze.

  22. I see a 69 - 71 Cutlass and a 72 Javelin... My guess is early seventies.
    The 914 has but ugly rubber bumpers and the MG has the bolt on rubber snubbers putting it closer to 73ish 74 time period.

    I will take that blonde in the checker board bottom's, the lady's were looking good back then with some meat on their bones not like the skinny mineys of today

    Real comfort models, boy those were the days for some great skirt chasing
