You gotta' love an all Chevy roadster. It looks like it's still running the 194 six. The parallel spring setup while very stable does present lowering issues. The problem with dropped axles is that they also lower the scrub line probably not an issue with this car. The trouble with heating and bending the springs .......

A bit street roddy but Posie always has something pretty wild.

This is still a work in progress but it's slowly getting there. A touch of modern and old school. The rear shot shows the roll pan I got from Metaltwister here on the HAMB. He does nice work.

Al you need a couple more one for Saturday and one for Sunday...
Seriously you have an interesting array of Vintage Tin, a great eye for Style and You have
met some pretty cool people. Plenty to inspire and wish for within this thread. Many more
dream rides grace the many corners of the HAMB. I am fortunate to have one of the rides gracing this thread...
Not one of those two but one just as special...;)

    Bag...less

    I'm ass...suming

I love the flames on the coupe. They remind me of the ones I painted on my Cushman when I was in the 7th grade. Perfect has little to do with perfection.

Stogy do you know anything else about this car? I've looked at it often since it was posted IMG_1475164680.774704.jpg

Somebody made a rubber toy race car that was unquestionably a copy of this car, probably in the '30s. I used to find them at antique toy shows from time to time.

This is the first time I ever saw the real thing.

Looks like the front and rear fenders might actually be the same part -- or made from the same part.
