Interesting side note to Ab Jenkins' achievement at Bonneville include world's fastest tractor.

 

Ab said going 60 mph on an Allis Chalmers was like riding a wild buffalo.

I wonder what they did to the gearing to let it go fast?

You'd think they would have at least put smooth tires on it. At least on the steer tires!

I sold the Salt Lake Diamond T to a gentleman in Wisconsin who painted the cab. Here are a couple photos he sent me.

 

He also took the parts truck(s), which ended up looking like this when I was done consolidating parts.

Any chance you could pass along the photos to the farmer you bought it from? probable looks like when he bought it from the tire company.
