Just when you all thought I'd disappeared up my own exhaust pipe, bad luck, I'm back.
Things have been a bit quiet due to several race days being washed out and a less than ideal 2200 Drag racing club day.
There's nothing quite like waiting nearly 2 hours to get a run due to inexperienced track staff only to get to the line, drop the clutch and ...............bang, clunk, rattle. Diff sun gears disintegrate. Back on the trailer.
Took it back to Sydney the following weekend for a test n tune. I'd changed the diff ratio so was unsure how it would go. I couldn't get it to rev out properly because I'd mucked around with the timing as well.
Does this rate as a wheels up launch (pure luck really)?

This is the actual run, pretty sloppy really.

Tomorrow, I'll put up a video of how the day ended .

Sounds awful good to me Spanners. Almost don't need the 4th gear!

This is how the first video is supposed to look like. Still trying to work out this slow motion stuff.

This is how the day ended. Without giving too much away, I've shortened the video to delete some of the expletives.

I thought the photographer was just being friendly.

Do ducks fly with their bums pointing at the ground? Of course I'll be there. Come and have a yarn.

This duck used to fly inverted occasionally. Aerobatics are good for the soul. ;)

Just always had trouble with flying straight and level.
